What And When Do I Eat?














Building an effective meal plan is ESSENTIAL when trying to pack on mass. You have probably read this in almost every site possible on the web. So many of us a quick to run to the gym, sip a shake after, and call it a day. Remember, gaining mass does NOT take place in the gym, it takes place in the kitchen.




Each plan follows the same routine format:
6:00 am Breakfast
9:00 am Snack
11:30 am Snack
1:00 pm Mid Meal
4:00 pm Dinner
7:00 pm Snack




These are just basic meal plans for what you should be intakeing on a daily basis, and remember guys just experiment with this. As long as your eating you will come out FINE
